Senior Market Research Specialist

Reporting to the Customer Insights Manager, your new role is waiting for you! You will execute a comprehensive programme of customer research and provide the wider business through actionable business insights.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver actionable customer analytics
  • Deliver a Customer Analytics and Insights Roadmap
  • Manage the delivery of key executive reports
  • Manage Tomorrow shopper panel, including panel engagement
  • Scripting and analysing market research surveys

We’re seeking:

  • Tertiary qualification
  • 5 years data research and analytical work experience
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong data modelling and query extract skills
  • Detailed conscious
  • Objective decision maker
  • Strong relationship building skills and effective communicator
